All quotes are provided for the needs of the service user for dates, venue, and time service is required.
Deposits
Bookings will only be confirmed and locked in once deposits are paid. Deposit payments are required within 72 hours of agreement to confirm booking/ event.
If deposits are not paid within the 72 hour period the the booking date will become available to other service users.
To avoid disappointment when enquiring please ensure a deposit can be paid to lock in booking.
Deposit amounts will be quoted at point of booking and are subject to overall booking cost/quote. Deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation by service user.
If however the service provider cancels then a full refund of amounts paid will be given.
Amount remaining
This is preferred 48 hours before the date of the event by 5pm. Arrangements can be made for Payment closer to booking date or on the day, provided this is pre agreed with service user and service provider.
Payment plans to help spread the cost of your event can be discussed and agreed upon on the day of the booking or in between the time of the booking and event date.
Last minute bookings (within 7 days of booking, for example if a booking is made 22/10/2022 for the following week 25/10/2022.) Payments will need to be made in full on the day to confirm booking.
If you require services for a larger event then an additional provider(s) can be arranged to cover a larger event or venue.
All events outside of the South Yorkshire area will be required to pay an additional cost for travel, this will be calculated at the time of enquiry and included in the overall cost and quote.
Disclaimer:
If for any reason the event needs to be cancelled by the provider of service (Ben Matthew) a full refund of what has been paid will be given.
If the event needs to be cancelled by the client/service user the deposit will be retained by the service provider.
Any last minute cancellations will result in all amounts paid being non refundable (within 48 hours of date booked).
Please give as much notice as possible if the date of the event needs to be changed therefore cost of service can be transferred over to the new booking date.
If an enquiry comes in for a date that the service provider is unable to accommodate, Ben Matthew will provide names and details of other service providers for the same or similar service.
